Maria, Kali and I have been back almost a month.  It has been very hot, but we found the church, friends, and family doing well after being gone two months.  It seems like it has taken us a long time to adjust this time … more than usual.  A few things have happen since we came back, but the BIG event that we  have been preparing for is Kali’s wedding on Aug 17th.  It will be at a Mountain Christian Camp location here in Fyliro, Thessaloniki. It is a beautiful setting requiring a lot of set up.  Guests are arriving. Details are being planned out. Food and cake for 300 persons has been ordered.  The hope and goal is that the ceremony celebrating the union of Kali and Alcaeus will be divinely orchestrated by God the Father’s love and glory.

After the wedding, they will begin their lives together in Athens. Kali is a one year VISA short-term missionary assigned to be on staff with the Christian youth organization “Streetlights”, to initiate HOP prayer for justice, and explore possible ministry partners for FM mission.  She will also continue her part time studies in Psychology. So she will have her plate full.  She is looking for praying supporters, teams, and monthly donations. Please consider making an encouragement donation at
Other news is that the Church ministry team has worked very well.  New ministries are developing.  Todd, the main leader, has had doors open wide for evangelism of gypsy communities in middle Greece. Our Thessaloniki church submitted a request for official registration with 30 some signatures.   A team of 20 evangelists from Belarus, Estonia, Latvia, and Bulgaria preached the Gospel in Thessaloniki and stayed in our church. But a major burden is for Antonis. In a battle for his health, he has been in a coma for two months. Over the past 10 years, it has been a joy to see him grow in his new faith in Jesus Christ. Still in his 60’s, we are praying and fasting that God heals him and wakes him from the coma to the glory of Jesus’ powerful name.
May and June’s ministry in the states was fruitful.  Our need was for $10,000 for Greece Country ministry funds (CSA) by July. Generously, over $9,000  in donations and promises came in.  Now by the end of December, another $10,000 needs to come in.  The Greek economic crisis continues to worsen. Needs have increased.  Please consider helping the Lord’s work in Greece by clicking on the “donate now” on the right under “Greece needs your support”. Thank you so very much.
